Digital Marketing + Creative Director

Creative directors play an essential role in the marketing, creative, communications and digital departments. They are responsible for leading their team, developing creative guidelines and directing creative work, including print collateral, websites, email campaigns, television and radio advertising, and many related tasks. These professionals often report directly to CMOs and other directors, and they rely on extensive experience and professional judgment to plan and executive projects.

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

  • Managing the redesign of the company website.

  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of our organization.

  • Participate in professional associations and conferences on behalf of BGC to increase brand visibility while developing a network of useful contacts for organizational use. Represent BGC in a professional manner and within the bounds of authority delegated.

  • Assist directors in recruiting, screening, and interviewing prospective ambassadors, consistent with BGC guidelines.

  • Assist in onboarding process of new chapters including policy compliance, assigning email credentials, distribution of internal documents and more as delegated.

  • Administration of orientation and ongoing training of new ambassadors. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

  • Communicate a vision of high-quality, responsible, and relevant personnel services, serving as a mentor to new ambassadors.

  • Respond to personnel inquiries and issues that arise from the ambassadors, community and corporate partners and other entities as delegated.

  • Builds relationships and develops strategic partnerships with third-parties.

  • Guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.

  • Meet potential partners by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

  • Handle a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions. Manage and maintain organizational calendars.

Director of Business Development

A Business Development Director works to improve an organization’s market position, brand visibility, achieve financial growth, and overall organizational expansion. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the audience’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

  • Arrange and participate in internal and external organizational debriefs.

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

  • Present to and consult with marketing director on business trends with a view to developing new practices, services, products, and distribution channels.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

  • Oversee new ambassador screening to ensure all ambassadors and team members represent the organization in the best light. Work with general manager to ensure that all new ambassadors fulfill training prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner.

  • Leads sales and client-relationship management.

  • Tracks new markets and emerging trends relevant to BGC’s mission and objectives.

  • Recommends new products and services that will positively increase brand visibility and organizational revenue.

Communications & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate Communications - Act as a voice of the organization across global social media, web, ongoing e-mail communications, and press and print content.

  • Communications Planning and Strategy - Participate in the development of TBPP’s annual communications plan in collaboration with the TBPP Support Team; coordinate communications calendar and priorities; create/implement communications messages.

  • Evaluate Effectiveness of Communications Plan - Track and measure engagement and iterate communications plan as necessary to achieve maximum impact.

  • Increase Marketing and PR - Develop and implement marketing and PR efforts to spread our mission and promote our initiatives.

  • Champion Digital - Liaise with different departments to define and execute on projects relating to our website and platforms such as  Instagram, MailChimp, Facebook and more.

  • Support Media Relations - Write press releases and media alerts, and strategize for ongoing media and communications needs and opportunities.

  • Administer Web Site - Coordinate TBPP’s web presence and update and adapt site to support specific campaigns and initiatives.
